Technical Celonis Project Manager to lead our global process intelligence roadmap. This role remains pivotal as we undergo two major digital shifts: transitioning our Celonis environment from a Case-Centric to an Object-Centric (OCPM) architecture and aligning our process mining capabilities with our global SAP S/4HANA migration.

This role will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of these migrations, ensuring that business processes are not just "lifted and shifted," but optimized for the new S/4HANA digital core using Celonis most advanced capabilities. Beyond these transformations, this role will manage a portfolio of standard Celonis project, driving continuous improvement and tangible value across finance , supply chain, and other functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the migration from traditional case centric models to Object-Centric Process Mining. Oversee the development of the "Digital Twin" of the organization using the Celonis Object Model.
• Act as the bridge between the SAP migration team and the Celonis COE. Ensure that data pipelines (extractors/integrations) are successfully reconfigured from legacy ECC environments to S/4HANA.
• Define and execute the project roadmap, managing timelines, resource allocation, and budget
• Work with Data Engineers, Developers to transition from Case-ID-based data models to the Perspective/Object approach, allowing for cross-process visibility (e.g., O2C and P2P intersection).
• Ensure data consistency and KPI accuracy during the "dual-run" phase where legacy and S/4HANA systems may coexist.
• Standardize the Celonis implementation to ensure it can scale across different business units post-migration.
• Collaborate with Global Process Owners (Finance, Supply Chain, Others) to translate S/4HANA process changes into Celonis Action Flows and Dashboards.
• Lead change management efforts to educate end-users on how to leverage OCPM-based views and multi-object relationships.
• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of standard Celonis BAU projects 

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: Min 8+ years in Project Management, with at least 3 years specifically dedicated to Celonis implementations.

• Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of Celonis EMS platform, including Studio, Action Flows, and Data Integration.

• Direct experience (or certification) in Celonis OCPM and the Celonis Object Model.

• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA data structures compared to legacy ECC.

• Project Methodology: Proficiency in Agile/Scrum and migration methodologies.

• Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret SQL/PQL logic and translate complex data requirements into business-friendly insights.

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Informatics, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Certifications

• Celonis Certified Implementation Professional / Project Manager.

The Project Manager will lead the end-to-end delivery of the migration from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA and SAP MDG, ensuring regulatory compliance, schedule adherence, budget control, and zero business disruption. This role requires strong experience managing compliance-sensitive SAP programs, coordinating across IT (SAP CPI , MDG, S/4 HANA), Trade Compliance and external vendors, and operating within S/4HANA transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the overall project plan, milestones, dependencies, and critical path for the sanctions screening migration.
• Manage delivery across ECC decommissioning, S/4HANA integration, and MDG integration.
