Bench Geeks has the authority to add new listings of resources or requirements to your account on your behalf, based on information received via email or other channels.

• To provide and maintain our Service, including to monitor the usage of our Service.
• To manage Your Account: to manage Your registration as a user of the Service. The Personal Data You provide can give You access to different functionalities of the Service that are available to You as a registered user.

• To contact You: To contact You by email, telephone calls, SMS, or other equivalent forms of electronic communication, such as a mobile application's push notifications regarding updates or informative communications related to the functionalities, products or contracted services, including the security updates, when necessary or reasonable for their implementation.
• To provide You with news, special offers and general information about other goods, services and events which we offer that are similar to those that you have already purchased or enquired about unless You have opted not to receive such information.
• To manage Your requests: To attend and manage Your requests to Us.

3. Our Role

Bench Geeks acts as a middleman, facilitating connections between clients seeking IT resources ("Clients") and IT agencies having bench resources ("Resource Providers"). We do not participate in the selection, access, or interviewing of the resources.

Clients are responsible for evaluating and selecting resources to meet their requirements independently.

4. Agreement Execution

When a Client decides to hire a resource through Bench Geeks, we will enter into a service agreement ("Client Agreement") with the Client and a separate agreement with the Resource Provider.

The terms and conditions applicable to the Client Agreement and the Resource Provider Agreement will be those specified in the respective agreements.

Bench Geeks is not a party to the Client Agreement or the Resource Provider Agreement, and we do not assume any liability or responsibility arising from these agreements.

5. Payment

Payment terms for Clients and Resource Providers will be specified in their respective agreements.

Bench Geeks may charge fees or commissions for successful matches, as described on the Platform.

6. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes between Clients and Resource Providers will be resolved according to the terms and conditions set forth in their respective agreements.

Bench Geeks is not responsible for resolving disputes arising from the Client Agreement or the Resource Provider Agreement.

7. Intellectual Property

Content and intellectual property on the Platform are subject to copyright and other intellectual property rights. Users must respect these rights and use the Platform accordingly.

8. Data Integrity

Users are expected to provide accurate and real data on the Platform. Dummy or spam data is not appreciated and may result in account termination.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Mumbai Court- The State of Maharashtra. without regard to its conflict of law principles.

11. Amendments

Bench Geeks may update or modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any changes. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Acceptance

By using the Bench Geeks Platform, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
