Elevate Infrastructure: Lead the enhancement of our current infrastructure, focusing on developing, testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance and reliability. 

Containerization Expertise: Drive the transition towards a containerized 

infrastructure, leveraging your expertise in Kubernetes, EKS, GKE, and other relevant

 Requirements: 

Containerization Experience: 2+ years deploying distributed apps with containers and orchestration (Kubernetes, EKS, GKE).

(KA)Linux Expertise: 4+ years of Linux system engineering experience.

CI/CD Proficiency: 2+ years of experience deploying with a CI orchestration service (Jenkins, Spinnaker).

Role Purpose:
The Technical Solutions Engineer plays a crucial role in the successful implementation of our
software solutions, tailored to meet our clients’ unique needs. This position involves
understanding client requirements, coordinating with design and application teams, and
ensuring that the final product aligns with the clients specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
Meet with clients to understand their software needs and requirements.
Coordinate with design teams to create software designs that fit within the
capabilities of our platform.
Implement the agreed-upon design into the clients software workspace, which
includes creating the workspace through scripts and performing front-end
configuration and implementation.
Coordinate with application teams to install necessary applications onto the
workspace.
Implement support and self-serve features, such as intercom content.
Ensure that all customer needs are implemented correctly, and that the final product is handed over to the client and client team seamlessly.
Continually monitor project progress, anticipate potential problems, and devise and implement appropriate solutions.
Maintain clear and regular communication with all stakeholders, keeping them
updated on project progress and addressing any concerns promptly and
professionally.
