Name: DCD Development(sPhase 1-2) (Feb 2022 – Till now)

 Project Description: We have developed this automation that extracts the contents from PDF and stores to SharePoint Library for the client to approve the extracts. Post approval of extracts the data is used create the necessary claim in the system using the API’s. This backhand automation picks up the file from SharePoint extracts the entities using AI builder, for which a custom document extraction model is built.

Name: Quality Management System (Jun 2019-Jan 2022)

 Project Description: Data comes from PMS (Project Management System) with their respective member along with their roles. New site collection has created as data from PMS and their members. Site access has been configured as per role in PMS. Some documents populate from different-different source like SAP, CRM, Risk management system. On this application several web parts are created as per their use. Console Job has been created on Server. This system is built on Power Platform and SharePoint. This application has one requirement that can take input data from external users, for that requirement we have create Power Page and store data in Dataverse. After saving data in Dataverse we are running one power Automate that can take data from Dataverse and save data in main repository. That we have follow distributed system architecture or follow security protocol and got approval from NITSO team.

1. As part of development team, I have understood the user requirement and develop scalable application, perform testing.

 Project Description: I get requirement from internal team to easy their work, I have understood their requirement and provide them a content management repository. I have built provider hosted web part to get data from their centralized repository. Create list and library with suitable content type and MMS service for their use. Create a site page that looks like dashboard to show their current activities all web part is connected so user can easily see their status. Created workflow for their approval system through Power Automate workflow. Logic App for send notification to external user. Created a script for migration a data from their older repository to SharePoint sites. Create an azure webjob for archival process of their sites. Power Apps created for site customization.

 Project Description: Claim Validation is SharePoint 2010 application that has 15 site collections 625 subsite. That we have migrated on SharePoint online. It has third party apps, ribbon buttons, Nintex Workflows.

  Tools/Technologies:

 a.      As per instructed by Client to use Metalogix tool to migrate the sites. Metalogix migrate the site structure, content and OOB functionality. It unable to migrate custom code, Nintex workflows and third-party solutions.

b.      I have generated Metalogix PowerShell script to migrate the sites. I have generated User mapping script for O365 and inserted in migration script.

c.      Some custom functionality those are using modern pages needs to be created on Power Apps.

d.      I have worked on SharePoint hosted app to achieve ribbon button functionality. Create Nintex workflow in respect to O365.

e.      I have created Shareonline native workflow because client does not want to provided service account details in Nintex.

f.       In this application there is a functionality of setting the calendar event through mailbox. In 2010 it is OOB functionality but in O365 it is remove so I have provided this functionality with Azure Logic App.

g.      Create logic App to move document from one library to another library.

h.   Apart from these activities I have develop several PowerShell scripts like (Activate/deactivated feature, Create list library)

 Name: Aviation Fleet Management (Sep 2016 – Oct 2017)

 Project Description: We have developed Utility that migrate the content from SharePoint 2010 to SharePoint online and File repository to SharePoint online. In this utility we have first generate PPA(Pre-processing Analysis) report that report to gives idea about how the content looks like when we actually migrate the content. This report goes to client they provided changes like filename renaming, changing regarding metadata properties, update the modified date and modified by. After applying changes then we run utility for PPA report. When finally, client approves then we go for migration of content.

  Tools/Technologies:

 a.      As part of development team, I have worked on development part. I have written the code for upload files with metadata properties.

b.      Write the code for checking the content duplication of source and as usual as target.

c.      After completion of development, I have part of team that run the utility my responsibility to take care of Issue that appears on Production environment.

d.      I am basically providing Tier 3 support of that application.

e. Along with that project I have worked on POC of migration of SharePoint sites through Metalogix and working on SharePoint hosted App.
