 The client is a technology solution provider and they design and implement innovative
solutions for business and advanced infrastructure. The business requirement was to set up
the CPQ application to manage products and pricing according to the regions worldwide and
to transfer data from Excel sheet to CPQ Salesforce CRM.

that the client wanted to customize the CPQ application where it can manage its products
and pricing according to the regions worldwide.
 Implemented a discount approval system where every discount needs approval from
higher authorities.
 Added dynamic terms functionality. Implemented region-based pricing with multi-currency
in Salesforce CPQ and used Advance Approval for discounts.
 Created a lightning web component to amend the contract before sharing it with the
customer.
 Customers with a permanent account will receive the additional discount automatically
whereas other customers will get regular pricing. So, a complete B2B sales cloud with CPQ
is customized.
 The business impact of the customization made it super easy to manage products even in
the different regions with multi-currency by saving clients valuable time for managing

 The client is a global leader in the manufacturing industry with a broad network of vendors
and customers. They were using multiple, disjointed systems for their billing, which led to
inefficiencies, errors, and delays in their revenue recognition process. They sought a unified,
automated, and efficient system for billing management.
 Configured Salesforce Billing as per the client's unique business requirements. This involved
setting up their product catalog, price books, tax rates, and discount structures in the
Salesforce Billing system.

 Created automation workflows for their end-to-end billing process. This included automatic
generation of invoices upon order confirmation, applying appropriate tax rates based on
customer location, and automatic updating of customer balances upon payment receipt.

transformations efficiently in a very less amount of time.

into Hive partitioned tables.
